    We’re growing rapidly and are currently seeking an Marketing Campaign Manager to support our Westminster, CO office.

    What you'll do

    Coalfire is seeking a talented, self-directed individual to join our fast-paced, rapidly growing team to plan, design and execute campaigns. This position primarily supports joint go to market programs with Coalfire’s infrastructure as a service (IAAS) strategic customers (AWS, Microsoft, Google, IBM and Oracle) and other technology service providers.  Coalfire goes to market with these customers in a variety of ways promoting joint thought leadership related to innovative approaches to cyber security. 


    The successful Marketing Campaign Manager will have an ability to produce a high volume of quality assets and campaigns under tight deadlines, enthusiasm for working on joint marketing programs, strong knowledge of professional services marketing and deep functional/technical skills around campaign management. The qualified individual will have excellent people skills with the ability to tactfully manage internal and external Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).

    • Plan, design & execute marketing campaigns according to our strategic marketing initiatives using media vehicles such as: eblasts, digital ads, social media, and in person events
    • Project manage the creation of campaign components by working with internal and external SMEs. Campaigns include, but are not limited to: webinars, white papers, articles, blogs, case studies, videos, sales enablement tools, workshops, events, website elements and infographics
    • Manage segmented lists, lead distribution, including sourcing and importing/inputting data and/or data tags when needed to execute personalized marketing campaigns
    • Assist with strategic customer / partner programs. Support relevant partner meetings and assist with partner marketing programs which may help Coalfire advance our partnership status
    • Support partner sales processes, providing information and input into partner sales activities or  

       connecting appropriate subject matter experts from Coalfire with partners
    • Track performance of campaigns and partner ecosystem closed/won bookings. Establish best practices to leverage and improve strategies to address gaps


    What you'll bring

    • 3-5+ years of experience managing B2B marketing campaigns for for professional services, such as technology service providers, accounting services, legal services, medical services. Software industry experience would also be acceptable
    • Experience producing and marketing webinars with Subject Matter Experts
    • Strong writing ability with an understanding of content flow
    • Excellent project management skills with a full workload
    • Knowledge of managing marketing campaigns in Salesforce
    • Familiarity with Pardot or Terminus (formerly Brightfunnel) a plus
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Business

    Bonus Points

    • Cybersecurity industry experience
    • Knowledge of technology services providers (i.e., AWS, Microsoft, Google, etc.) solutions and value proposition
